Are you interested in joining one of the OCG squads? You've come to the right place! This is our membership application and must be filled out in order to be considered for membership in OCG.

It's very simple, just fill out the following form and submit it ONCE to apply. Please note that applying for membership does NOT mean that you will be accepted. Please ensure that you read the Team Code so that you know what will be expected of you.
