 Don't Be Left 4 Dead! Join OCG!

Looking for some quality L4D competition but can't find it? Tired of all of the rage quitters that leave you for dead? We are looking to recruit survivors to join us for TWL Left 4 Dead competition and you may be the missing piece to help get us to the top. There are currently 115 teams on the TWL L4D ladder and TWL is also looking to start a new L4D League soon.
If you are interested in joining OCG and playing L4D competitively, jump on our TS and game with us. Then when you are ready, fill out an application for membership!

Building a New Foundation

CoD5 is in full swing and we have actually been building the server the past few nights. Thanks to all the OCG members who have been making this possible. It'll be important moving forward to continue this effort to build a new foundation.
If you are new to OCG and you've been playing on our server, thank you for visiting us. Make sure to register on our site and get to know us through the forums as well as in-game (join us on TS, see the side bar for TS information!).
Now I would like to shamelessly plug my last CoD4 compilation one more time. If you are new to OCG or you aren't but haven't seen it yet, check out this CoD4 compilation that I put together. It was a long and tedious process but the end result really paid off! I have a lot of video left but this will probably be my last one for CoD4. CoD5 (and all of you!) will be my next target...

New Faces at |OCG|

|OCG| would like to welcome two new players to the clan. Well, one is not exectly new. Another familiar face from the MOH:AA/SH/BT days makes his return. Please welcome back Chainsaw to the ranks of |OCG| to help us out in CoD2 and to add another great rifle to the team. Chain will be grandfathered back in with full member status.
Also joining us in the packaged deal is Vixen, whom many of you may have meet on TS and played with in our CoD2 servers. She will be a great addition to the team and will be joining us as a recruit. Please welcome her the |OCG| way, but keep in mind The_Mrs. #1 rule.
Welcome aboard to both and look forward to some good times in CoD2.

Scheduled Maintenance [24-25 March 2006]

During the evening/early morning of Friday 24th March - Saturday 25th March, our Website is being transferred to a new server.
Over the past month, our site has had numerous downtime periods due to circumstances outside our control. Hopefully the solution to this will be coming this Weekend when we are transferred to the new server.
The move will take place between 12am - 8am, and some downtime is to be expected while the site is transferred & the DNS is updated.
I would like to appologise now for any inconvienience this may cause to our members or users

OCG reclaims #1 in 4v4 Rifles only CTF

 |OCG| challenged Team v1sion| for #1 on the 4v4 Rifles Only CTF ladder tonight on TWL. After |OCG| narrowly beat -/dbi/- in overtime to take #1 last month, dbi dropped the ladder to focus on COD2. However, may of their players wanted to continue to play UO, so they formed V1sion and quickly retook the top rung going 3-0. Once again, |OCG| would face off on Berlin for the third consecutive time to decide the outcome of the match.
Things started off looking like the match would not happen. 5 minutes to match time only 2 of |OCG|'s roster were accounted for. After some quick scrambling we managed to get 4. Coincidentally, v1sion only had 3 at that time but still wanted to play. Fearing that the old dbi peeps could clutch a man down, we offered to reschedule and had the match pushed back and hour. This gave us time to practice and get a few more people together.
|OCG| fielded a team consisting of Anarchy, CerealKilla, STINKYPETE, and -Xander-. First half started off rather slow. Both sides would take the flag and get taken down soon after. |OCG| drew first blood and set up a train to get another flag in quick succession. Through excellent teamwork, communication, and crack shots, |OCG| kept the pressure on the entire half outscoring v1sion 10-1. After some debating and complaining about our server, the match headed over to v1sion's server for the second half. |OCG| started off with a quick cap and never looked back with Anarchy running most of the flags, eerily fulfilling the prophecy that he made on TS before the match where he gets all the flags and we kill everyone. |OCG| finished the second half with almost an identical score of the first, 9-1.
